I'm an entrepreneur and investor with a focus on acquiring and building exceptional businesses in the Indianapolis region and beyond. Over the past two decades, I’ve launched, scaled, and acquired multiple companies across service industries, construction, hospitality, and real estate. My portfolio includes Newpoint Services, a multi-market commercial building service contractor and proud member of the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies; Yats Restaurant, one of the brand’s top-performing franchisees; three strategic acquisitions; and a history of successful real estate and venture investments.

Through Augesco, I acquire strong, niche businesses and partner with their teams to drive long-term growth. Recent acquisitions include Globe Window Cleaning (Columbus, OH), where we doubled revenue post-close and improved team engagement, and Corporate Maintenance Group (Baltimore, MD), acquired from a retiring founder and now growing under its original leadership.

I’m not a private equity firm. I invest my capital, take a hands-on approach as needed, and prioritize long-term success over short-term flips.
