Over the past two decades, I’ve launched, scaled, and acquired multiple companies across service industries, construction, hospitality, and real estate. My portfolio includes Newpoint Services, a multi-market commercial building service contractor and proud member of the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies; Yats Restaurant, one of the brand’s top-performing franchisees; and a history of successful real estate and venture investments.

Through Augesco, I acquire strong, niche businesses and partner with their teams to drive long-term growth. Recent acquisitions include Globe Window Cleaning (Columbus, OH), where we doubled revenue post-close and improved team engagement, and Corporate Maintenance Group (Baltimore, MD), acquired from a retiring founder and now growing under its original leadership.
